Some call it ethical design, others Sustainable UX — for us, being considerate includes both and goes beyond: Every project, every step we do has consequences that we all ignored for way too long.
Working with Ponder will always mean: Considering all potential consequences and finding the solution that leaves as little negative and as much positive impact as possible.
If in doubt, our job is to hold our clients accountable, make them aware of their (and our) privileges and push for the better.

While we are aware that our impact will always be tiny on a global scale, we know how much negative impact we can have if we take the wrong decisions and give the wrong advice.
As designers and coaches we are trained to understand and persuade humans. We decided to use this power and privilege for the better.
